blogger canonical tag code for post and website link

is it okay to use canonical link during  writing a post. i mean will i face any problem if i use post link as canonical using post editor. Like this below code .

<link rel="canonical" href="https://mysite.blogspot.com/2019/10/postreiew.html">

if i use this code will it become whole website canonical code or it it will be only that post canonical link?

i know iam making you confused. well iam also confused.

okay so here this thing i want to know:

1) Post canonical code is it okay to use? if yes please provide a code with example

2) is it possible to use my website url canonical code in template. so it doesn't count? like m=1 or direct my Website url . if yes please provide a code with example
